FillThis is designed for sensitive healthcare workflows. We take data protection seriously and operate with a strict no-storage policy for the content you upload or generate.
Template visibility
Uploaded templates are shared across the workspace. Treat any document you add as publicly accessible to other FillThis operators. Remove a template immediately if it contains information that should stay private or is intended for a limited audience.
No persistence, no logging
Documents, metadata, and Smart Fill contexts are processed in memory only. They are not written to disks, databases, queues, or analytics pipelines. Once your PDF is filled and returned, the source data leaves our systems.
Azure enterprise-grade AI
FillThis relies on Azure OpenAI Service enterprise GPT models. Azure's contractual data privacy assurances guarantee that prompts, documents, and generated outputs are not used to train Microsoft or OpenAI models. All processing stays within the Azure tenant we control.
Operational safeguards
Access to the service is encrypted end-to-end, monitored for anomalies, and restricted to authorized operators. Audit trails capture platform actions only; they never include patient data or uploaded files.
Your control
You decide which templates to keep, edit, or remove. Because FillThis does not retain session data, the filled PDFs you download are the only copies to manage. Delete them from your devices when they are no longer required.
